Our in-house Loss Control Coordinator has extensive experience in the insurance industry and hazard assessment, claims analysis, and safety program development, ensuring a complete understanding of not just loss control, but insurance requirements as well. Loss Control Functions –
- Coordinate loss prevention and control activities with insurance carriers.
- Improve company safety programs and develop annual action plans through loss analysis and on-site hazard assessments.
- Promote increased management involvement in safety, participate in safety committee activities, and provide employee training, when appropriate.
- Improve flow of loss control information between insurance carrier and our teams to facilitate marketing and renewal activities.
- Provide safety information, articles, and samples specific to each client’s operations.
Claim Management Functions –
- Review loss runs to identify loss activity and trends.
- Monitor larger claims on a scheduled basis.
- Meet with insurance carrier loss control departments annually, at a minimum.
