Claims Advisor

Our on-staff Claims Advisor has extensive experience in the insurance industry and multi-lines claims. Claims management occurs after the loss happens, and the focus is on ensuring your claims are promptly and properly handled and paid. A sampling of the services provided to existing clients include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide Loss Summaries.
  • Act as liaison between client and insurance carrier for follow-up of outstanding or pending claims.
  • Expedite resolution of claim services.
  • Identify coverage for claims and determine liability prior to carrier outcome.
  • Upon claim settlement, ensure client satisfaction and follow-up on areas of any dissatisfaction or discrepancy.
  • Act as third-party adjuster when client damage is below deductible and insured is not liable.
  • Maintain complete documentation.
  • Attend meetings with select clients and carrier claim representatives on potential and reserved losses of $100,000 or more.-
