- Manage the carrier relationships responsible for your Employee Benefit Program
- Resolve claim/enrollment/billing issues with carriers and employees
- Generate and analyze RFPs and conduct regular market pricing reviews
- Negotiate renewal contracts
- Analyze alternate funding mechanisms and optional plan designs
- Review employer/employee contribution strategies
- Review group policies, contracts, summary plan descriptions, and booklets
- Provide employee communication support
- Identify and resolve compliance issues
- Monitor federal and state legislation and apprise you of significant changes that affect your coverages
